The booked vehicles are prepared to ensure they are in perfect condition for collection or delivery. Upon receiving the vehicle, the customer is required to inspect its condition and immediately report any damages to the rental agent. The company is not responsible for any damages occurring after the vehicle is handed over to the customer. If the customer does not receive a booking confirmation or pickup instructions within the expected timeframe, they have the right to contact the rental company to resolve the issue or arrange alternative arrangements. If the customer refuses to collect the booked vehicle without prior cancellation, the rental company reserves the right to charge for all associated costs, including delivery fees (if applicable).

7. Complaints

The company is committed to providing rental vehicles that are in good condition and as described on www.387rentacar.com. Vehicle images displayed on the website may not precisely match the actual appearance of the vehicles, and complaints based solely on this are not valid. Customers must report any such issues within 4 (four) working days from the start of the rental period. After reporting the issue, the customer may return the vehicle to the nearest rental location or arrange for pickup. The company will provide a replacement vehicle within 3 (three) working days at no additional charge. In this case, the customer does not have the right to request a refund, only a replacement vehicle. if the customer is still unable to pick up the vehicle due to technical issues caused by their own actions, a third party, or an operator, the company bears no responsibility and is not obligated to offer free pickup or delivery.
